It's funny though. I have a Libertarian friend that has run for local office and is actually putting his money where his mouth is.....

When I ask him what will replace Gov't regulation in areas such as environmental protection and Financial markets, he says that people will go to the courts and sue.

Can you picture the line stratching out of the courthouse? Every third person in a suit will be an attorney...
