Desperately trying to find Ray Charles album, "Love & Peace"

I really want this CD. Does anyone know where to find it. I have tried on-line for days, e-bay, fsn, tower. Can't seem to locate a copy. It wasn't a big hit and I don't know why. It has some great songs like "Is There Anyone Out There?" and "She Knows." Maybe I just didn't search the right outlets. Help, anyone?
