The South Park thread got me thinking about great movie quotes, since the SP movie was full of them.
Army of Darkness had some hilarious lines too. My all time favorite:
Ash: "I got news for you pal. You ain't leavin but two things right now, Jack and Shit, and Jack left town."

My pick for the funniest movie line ever (trivia: it should be easy to place the movie the line came from -- but who was the person who delivered it).

I was kind of young when that movie came out and the scene went a little over my head at the time. :)

Obviously, the quote needs to be placed in context to get the humor.
It's pretty well known who delivered that line (it was her only line of the entire movie), so I'll leave that part of the question open.

Army of Darkness, great movie for quotes. Hail to the king, baby.

If you didn't kill him then who did, sir?
Lecter, "Who can say? Best thing for him, really. His therapy was going nowhere".
That was one of my favourites

He also had a couple of other lines in that movie that I thought were funny, in a sick twisted kind of way
