Someone please help me site sources from a textbook.

I got some information from my text book, but how do I source it if there are 4 editors? Do i have to list all of them and then the page number? Or can I get away with listing one, and the page?

3. MLA. That link helps somewhat, thanks. But what does intext look like?

Btw, is congress usually capitalized? I'm not sure if it is a proper or a regular noun.

5. Good. MLA is one of the easier ones

99% sure you cap Congress.

4. For starters, you "cite" sources, not "site" them.

If you're using the Chicago Manual of Style, PM me. I edited for an academic press for eight years using that manual.
