How can I tell if a letter is authentic

I received a letter from Bill Clinton in 1996, I've been told there are a number of original letters sent out from a president each year, how can I tell if this is a copy or real. Should I save this?

1. sure. Just know sometimes they use mechanical pens to

sign things in great quantity. it was signed by the big guy but with help. :)
