Not really a great trailer. But it is a teaser. But still not that good a teaser.

2. Isn't that stolen from Independence Day?

Spielberg's films have sucked for a while now. Cruise's too, and I like him.

After Minority Report, I wouldn't have suggested they work together again.

As to this film, it's SO 1520 since we've already seen Independence Day. That scene with the people in the street is exactly the same, except for the fact that it's at night and whatever's in the sky is pertier.

I'm sure this film won't have as much of an impact as Orson Welles' version in 1938 :loveya: .

But I really like Tom Cruise, so I'll probably be seeing it.

3. is anyone else bothered

by the fact that 'They're Already Here' is just the Poltergeist tagline with an 'already' stuck in the middle?

Eh, I'll wait till it comes out on video, unless better trailers come out. I know they're not even done making the film yet.

4. Definitely have seen better teasers

but it looks like it might be good. I'll no doubt see it when it's released.
