Although I think Bush would have a hard time getting confirmation for a male nominee who wore one earring. One alternative might be the Man from Glad. The white suit would go over well in the red states.

Flair is a Republican, so Bush can feel comfortable with him.

This Cabinet position is useless right now, so Bush might as well just nominate almost anyone. It might be entertaining to hear Secretary Flair on television, announcing the latest terror alert, with one of his patented "wooooooooooooooooo's"

Then again, maybe it won't be so entertaining.
