3. It's a chicken stuffed into a duck stuffed into a turkey.

And you put stuffing between all the layers, so when you cut into it it's a big meat layer cake.

I've never seen one myself, but my brother and father fantasize abotu them every Christmas.

Has Turducken every year. I didn't believe her when she first described it.

It is delicious, and, yes, it's very difficult. Just boning the birds is a nightmare, but, all in all, I'm glad I did it.

Turducken came up in another group a while back, and the actual chefs on the group didn't think much of it. Greasy and messy if not done right, and care must be taken that the chicken is actually cooked under all the rest of that stuff.

That said, everyone who tried one said it tasted pretty good.

13. Bought a pre-boned one a few weeks ago and had it

just before Thanksgiving. It was stuffed with wild rice and shrimp dressing and was absolutely fabulous!

14. I was served turducken for Thanksgiving at a friend's house a couple of

years ago. It was actually pretty good, and it was nice to be able to choose among turkey, duck or chicken for your meal. I thought the duck tasted the best.
