When googling for a recipe I found this website: http://www.recipegoldmine.com/classyclones/classyclones.htmlIt's by restaurant. Amazing. Now I can make Chevy's salsa at home!

They have Ruth's Chris Steak House creamed spinach and crab cakes. Excellent.

| 7. Similar to mine, but... |
|
I grate some cheese into it, and use plenty of basil. I rarely have heavy cream around, but always have sour cream or yogurt instead.
Mushrooms are a good addition, too.

| 10. Ha! No, Actually The Recipe Calls For Making The Patties Then |
|
cooking them in a pan that's had onion, water and beef bullion cooked down.
Sounds tasty, but probably won't go through your system wholel the way a REAL WCB would.

They don't call 'em sliders for nothing!
And if not that, Belly Bombers for sure. Pass the Gavison!

| 12. I've used recipegoldmine for quite a while now. |

I consider Chevy's salsa world class stuff. The recipe from goldmine lacks three key ingredients. Liquid Mesquite Smoke, a little sugar and balsamic vinegar. I have played with this recipe for long time now and have it perfected. In the summer I use fresh tomatoes, peppers, and red onion and char them on a mesquite wood grill. Have fun.

I absolutely love that salsa!
I tried their Napa Chicken Quesadillas last week. Awesome. And the Caramel Empañadas are so yummy!
They changed the fish in the fish tacos to salmon. That just doesn't sound good to me.
