Remember when MTV showed videos? There was this one...back in the early/mid 90's. Zooropa's "Stay" and it opened with the skyline of a German city. Was it...Munich? OK I realize I've narrowed the audience considerably at this point. But if you're w/ me...props.
ON EDIT: Maybe it was Berlin?

So it was probably not Munich. IMHO either Berlin or Hamburg (neither of those has a real Skyline either, but still...).
Call it local patriotism: my guess is Berlin (or rather: if something *** happens, it tends to happen in Berlin).
