| Anyone familiar with the book "The Hip"? |
|
The full title is "The Hip: Hipsters, Jazz & The Beat Generation." I took a book out of the library years ago and loved it. It had tons of pictures and stories about guys like Dizzy Gillespie, Chet Baker and a bunch of other hipsters. So recently, I ordered a book that I thought was it called "Hip: A History" and it wasn't the same book at all. As I recall, the original book had a blue-green cover and tons of photos of album covers and photos of artists in it. Can anybody help me out on this? None of the used book sites I've visited have a photo of the book cover.
