| NLCS Prediction Thread: who ya pulling for? |
|
With respects to the previous pollster, the other thread was jacked and turned into an intra-Chi-town debate. If we could keep it on topic, specifically to the 2 teams that are playing....
I'm gonna say may the best team win and congrats to the Cubsters. Its been a long time coming.
I'm going to say there is a lot of young heart on both teams, should be a great series. But I think ya'll be surprised by the fish.
Marlins in 6. You heard it here first. Jeff Conine MVP.
PLAY BALL!!!

I'm more or less an impartial observer, being a Mariners fan, but I'm also a general baseball fanatic. I think that because this is a best of 7 series, that the Marlins won't be able to get past two starts by Prior and Kerry.
My two cents, but what I really hope for is great baseball and 7 games of it!

I cannot root for any team in any sport from a state that elected a Bush, including college teams - I hope every team from either Texas or Florida loses all of their games. It's irrational, but I can't help it.

I hope they're all that close! And I hope there are six or seven of 'em. Dang.
I'll tell you one thing: The Red Sox or Yankees are going to have their hands full in the World Series. Nobody's got anything on the two NLCS teams!

| 9. Red Sox bats are ready to explode |
|
if they beat the Yanks I'd say either NL team will have its hands full keeping them quiet.

Both teams are pretty evenly matched, but I think the Cubs will pull it out in 7 games.
