The blackmailing Lois one, and the one with Superman's son picking on Batman's son on the teeter-totter.
Spoilers: In the blackmail one, Lois is being blackmailed by a guy who has proof that Superman killed a shipload of sailors when he crashed through a nuclear missile gone haywire. The fallout killed them. Superman figured out Lois was being blackmailed and sent her a message to bring more blackmail to the docks where he could confront her about it (she of course wouldn't tell him why she was paying blackmail). Turns out that the sailors were actually murderous alien scum disguised as human sailors, and he actually received some sort of galaxy citation for accidentally killing them.
The Superman-Batman sons one was an imaginary story involving the kids, who get upset at each other and then become friends again as boys that age are wont to do.

Of course, there was always some twist in them so that Superman really wasn't a dick. I mean in the blackmail one, he wasn't really blackmailing Lois - he just left a blackmail note for her so that he could confront her. Lasted all of 3 panels.
In the kids one, Batman marries Kathy Kane (Batwoman), and Lois is perpetually jealous of her because Kathy gets to go into the Batcave (and she's never visited the Fortress of Solitude), and the Waynes can afford an expensive honeymoon while the Kents can only go to Niagrara Falls on Kent's salary (to keep up appearances on the secret identity), but she quickly feels better about it whenever Superman saves someone.

Where he informs Lana and Lois that he won't marry either of them because they're too stupid to realize Clark Kent = Superman because of the glasses. I know it was an "imaginary story"... but were they lampooning THEMSELVES?
Pretty funny either way.

One of the things with a character like Superman is that you have to come up with these crazy, outlandish stories because you've got a hero so powerful there are only three things he's vulnerable to - red sunlight, kryptonite, and magic. So while DC kept publishing these "kiddy" stories (for lack of a better term) like some of these through the 50s and 60s to try to keep him popular by capturing the imagination of people in terms of, 'Hey, why is Superman a dick,' Spiderman over at Marvel was becoming more popular because he had to deal with real life issues like making rent, getting sick, taking care of his aunt, school, etc. and people could relate to him more.
In the mid-1980s, DC re-did their characters and powered down Superman in order to make him more appealing. He couldn't hold his breath indefinitely in space or underwater, could get the snot beaten out of him if his mind wasn't in the game, etc. The animated Superman of late in the Justice League cartoon is a lot like that as well.
