Representative Shonmaker (R) is proposing a new health plan which will replace Medicare and Medicaid. The new plan will provide coverage for leeches and Herb. That’s Herb the Barber, who will be covered for blood-letting and leeching.

Rep. Shonmaker’s (R) spokesman said that it will provide for hundreds of new jobs. He listed several new enterprises that would be hiring, among which was the “Bring out your dead!” services.
