Ode to a rainy day

I've been living in Bangkok for almost exactly a year, and we're just coming off the long dryish season. This morning I woke up at 6 and it was dark outside, and then the thunder rolled in, and it's been raining ever since. It hasn't rained like this in MONTHS -- it's the first real proper weather I've been in in months, and the degree to which I am content is probably absurd, but I am just all giggly and smiley, curled up on my couch. The door's open and there's even a little coolish breeze. It doesn't get much better than this.
