What's your favorite mp3 player? I like the ipod mini, but am considering buying a dell dj.
What are your experiences with portable mp3 players?

They use a laptop harddrive, which makes it about the size fo a Game Boy Davance. If you can get past that, it's definitely worth it.

| 4. I like my iPod standard, and have learned how tough it is. |

Saturday night I was listening to a book on it and caught the cord to my headphones on the handle to the silverware drawer (I was also cleaning the kitchen). The iPod fell to the floor and cracked the LCD.
That said, other than a nasty screen crack in one corner, it is still entirely functional. It's taken some getting used to (until I can get it sent in for an LCD repair) to look at the screen, but I can use it.
This is my second one; I gave my 10 G to my BIL when he went to Iraq the first time, and it's now there again. It SURVIVED IRAQ. To me, that's an excellent endorsement.
