Just received from my firm's IT dept.
This evening at 11:00PM **** will be coming out to replace a piece of hardware on our iManage server. This is a critical fix to prevent the server from overheating and causing an unplanned system failure. The system should be back online at Midnight.




It's great to know that this will prevent any UNPLANNED system failure, but what about the planned ones

that's what I want to know
