after I began taking it.

I used to have horrible nausea, and it cut it by about 50% initially. After 3 months, it was pretty much smooth sailing - most of my symptoms were alleviated. :bounce:

I did switch brands once, and it brought all the symptoms back. It was a cheaper brand, so I switched back to the more expensive one, and I'm fine once more.
