63. I grew up in a house of Michigan Alums

and, even after being at Penn State for 4 years (including the championship run in 1994) i just never really got into it. I generally enjoy watching them play, but I hate the way JoePa schedules his non-conference (this years non-conf is a joke), the fact that he refuses to schedule Pitt (it's always nice to see a bitter old man can grind his axe to the detriment of thousands of his teams own fan's detriment), and the general way he runs the program (OSU and UM have been looting PA since PSU joined the big 10, but PSU has not pushed its recruiting westward - i am appalled he allows this). So, I gave it a try, but in light of they way the program is run, I just couldnt give them my full devotion.

So my football preference is, in this order: Michigan, Steelers, Penn State, everyone else, browns, ohio state.

JoePa isn't exactly taking the turnpike out here anymore to meet with recruits. It's only going to get worse with Dave Wannstadt at Pitt. He's a nationally known guy. Although, they have pullled off some really nice recruits this past year. The freshman WR was thought to be the top recruit in the nation, and Jimmy King is going to be a pretty solid corner.

My favorite show ever. It's not a "Western" in the typical sense. It's drama, it's comedy, it's suspense, it's horror. It's the most true depiction of it's era of anything ever. Raw, profane and brutal to the extreme, it's the 1870's South Dakota gold rush brought to life. Great acting, great characters, brilliant Victorian dialog and a plot that just leaves you on the edge of your seat. I suggest renting the first season on DVD. You just have to stick with it, by episode 4 you should either be a fanatic or a hater.
