And its funny for me because I am a North Carolina girl . He told me it was my vernacular and my character . Or maybe it was the time I spent in Europe that made me calmer , I have no clue .

5. I get the same question

I was born and raised in SC and my family has been here since colonial times, but I have also lived in Germany. When I tell others that I was born and raised in SC they respond, "You don't sound like it." How should we sound? Stereotypes stink!
