Has anyone seen this video of Katrina in Florida?

It's from a storm chaser's site. The video was taken while the hurricane was over Florida before it hit "Category 5" status. It looked super powerful then. The video shows a guy trying to walk toward a sign to hold on in the wind. He couldn't no matter how hard he tried. I want to move somewhere that doesn't have any tornadoes or hurricanes. There is a storm brewing right off the coast of SC now and I'm in southern NC. These storms scare me.
