I just chopped off 7 inches!!!!

Of hair - I got so tired of dealing with my long hair this morning that over my lunch break I walked into a local hair salon (not one of those chain places though) and had most of it chopped off. It's length is about to my chin!

I can relate b/c I recently changed my hairstyle, too, after 15 yrs, to something much shorter and more hip-looking and the thing that really struck me the most in the first 24 hrs was how much LIGHTER my head felt....

I cut off almost 23 inches a few months ago and donated it. It's great not having to use almost a half of bottle of shampoo every night to wash my hair!
