Having leftovers today. Is there any way to warm baked chicken without it drying out? I don't have a microwave.
Thanks.

1. Baking dish with 1/2 cup of water (chicken broth or boullion if you have |
|
it) in a slow (350) oven until warm. Usually a half hour for me. :hi:

2. I second that technique |
|
with the suggestion that you wrap the chicken in foil with a modicum of broth. It'll be tender and deeee-lishuss. Maybe add a little taragon for pizzaz.

3. Oh, I never knew that... |
|
:D cool.
I would have suggested just covering it with tin foil in the oven.
