Bizarre Scenes from a Movie

I was watching the Salton Sea with Val Kilmer last night and the whole scene where Pooh Bear and his goofball buddies re-enact the JFK assasination using pigeons was just completely freakish...

My husband didn't get it at first ...but it was all confirmed when we saw the car and the pigeon with the little pink bill box hat...

Not sure how that fit into that movie at all because it wasn't exactly necessary to prove that Pooh Bear was crazy....all the other scenes in the movie proved that...
