1. Just got my first cellphone.....
I know, I know...I am always a decade or so behind the times.
I too have been hunting for free ones, and seem to have the same luck as you.
I'll keep looking and let you know if I find something.

3. Create your own.
You can download software that lets you create your own ringtones from MP3s. The cost of the software is 19.95, but there is a trial of 5 free files.
