and she made an announcement.

I hope the person was present and felt terrible about it.

Normally I would have, and I would have also left a nasty note on the windshield, but I just did not have the energy tonight.

Because my mom is handicapped, I am a pit-bull of parking enforcement. People just don't understand how taxing it can be to go the extra steps.

particularly during the winter, the spots are very important...If I slip on the ice, things get really ugly very fast.
