The maximum dosage for Aleve is two per day @ 220 mg each. After that it harms your kidneys.

The maxiumum dosage for Tylenol is eight per day @ 500 mg each. After that it does irreversible liver damage and can be fatal. There is no known antidote for an Acetaminophen overdose.

I know the Tylenol is bad but before Naproxin went OTC I had prescription for it that was 500MG taken twice a day.

If you are in that much pain then OTCs are not for you.
I take Oxycontin twice a day and Zanaflex at night.
But 8 Tylenol per day is toxic and you should stop.
