I'm going to grab the nearest gun I can find. I'm a 21 year old woman, 5"1, 115lbs----and a yellow belt in karate which is as far as I got in the 7th grade. I'm going to get that gun to protect myself, hijack a car by punching out the driver, load up the trunk of the car with groceries, and hightail it to Canada.

Why? Because if this Country goes to utter chaos, I want to be free in Canada if Bush gets elected. I read an article in which Tommy Franks said that if there's a terrorist attack, that martial law will be imposed in America.

To hell with that, I say.....I bet there'll be riots and soldiers shooting innocent citizens like what happened in Miami. America as we know it will no longer exist, just a police fascist state.

If that happens, I'm proud to call myself Canadian or British if I can stow away on a ship to Grand Ol' England.

But of course, I'm going to wait to see who wins the 2004 election. I hope it'll be Dean. If not.....then sayonara, America, and hello Canada.....

I want to stay here and fight and get the country BACK . Its my goal to get everyone I know get everyone they know to the polling places . I am small in body size but I have big lungs and I will fight down and talk the Freepers down to get our country back . Leaving the country is like giving it to them . I was born in America and I refuse to give it up to the BFEE . I know I am currently overseas now but I have learned soooooooo much about my country ( the USA ) by being overseas . I am coming back early 2004 to volunteer to help get Bush out of power . I know we all have different choices for who we want as the Democratic Presidential Candidate in 2004 , but the real goal is the get the BFEE out of power . Leaving the country won't do it .

I'm one state South of you, in an area that will never ever elect a Democratic president. In 39 years I've never felt like the fight has been more important. I still spout the facts in every situation I can, and will probably put a giant "Anyone but Bush" sticker in my pick-up, even though that kinda behavior could lead to flat tires here in SC.

I think it's important to reach out to the third parties (I voted Libertarian myself last time), as that percentage of votes would've made all the difference last time. Surely the average Nader-ite, if they were FORCED to choose, would've chosen Gore over Chimpy last time. This time, I fear, every single vote count. Hopefully Chimptastic has polarized all the non-Repugs into one large voting blok.
