Printing Contacts in Outlook - memo style Help needed!

Printing Contacts in Outlook - memo style Help needed!
OK, so this may be incredibly obvious to some, but why, when I print up an individual contact in memo style in Outlook (not Express), does it say "Unknown" at the top (as though it were a left-justified header)? There is nothing in the header field, and I can't figure out how to get this to go away!

Please, you Lounge Lizards, help me out here!
