"They hate us for our freedoms" is what we hear from the administration. So, in an effort to make those who hate us like us, they are taking away our freedoms. Look at all of the amendments there are running over as if they don't exist. Just think, a few more taken away, and they won't hate us anymore.

By the way - Did anyone see Leno last night? They did the deal where they go out on the street and ask random people questions. One woman did not know the answer to "What right does the First Amendment give you". He then asked her about one of the other amendments (I don't remember which), and her response was "If I didn't know what the first one was for, how do you expect me to know this?"

THIS is why BushCo gets away with their crap. The kids aren't taught in school what their rights are...they are only taught how to be good little patriots, which means (of course!) always agreeing with BushCo.
