Well, as I sit here working away with my tiny infant son sleeping on my chest (he's in a Maya Wrap sling - indispensable for any other new parents out there, much comfier and more versatile than a Baby Bjorn) I am contemplating my return to the gym in February, which is when I'll actually have free time again and ready access to a nice gym at my new job which starts then as well. I gotta get back into shape for my son's sake if not mine, I plan on being around a long time!
Any DUers ever try cables, like these from Iron Mind?
cablesI already have a few kettlebells for cardio/endurance training from Dragondoor.com that are begging to be used, which I'll use to nuke the belly I've developed over the past few months of zero time to exercise. And I mean zero. I feel like such a pathetic lump! Any DUers into strength training? I hope to have time to return to Olympic lifting as well, but if not I'll be squatting like a madman come February.
