they make it sound like a huge single supercomputer, in T3, it's a processor-sharing app that spreads over the internet. kind of like the Seti Project screensavers you can download.

this way, there's no single place to stop skynet, it's everywhere and nowhere.

13. Mystic River

Young Tim Robbins gets abducted by child molesters in front of his two friends young Sean Penn and young Kevin Bacon. Later in life Tim Robbins, whose kind of crazy at this point, is suspected of killing Sean Penn' daughter. Kevin Bacon investigates but doesn't find the truth (Tim Robbins killed someone, but not the daughter) until Sean Penn has already killed Tim Robbins himself. Kevin Bacon knows what happened but lets Sean Penn go, everyone leaves the theater depressed.

This is a pretty neat story of a serial killer loose in a small Mormon communty from the director of God's Army. Since most folks probably haven't seen it and the spoiler will really ruin the movie for you, you have to highlight the text to see it. The serial killer is the deputy.
