Sometimes, 1/2 pill makes me loopy. Other times, like today, I need the full dose to feel any relief at all.

I don't understand how people get addicted to this stuff, though. It's too unpredictable.

I only took the one pill and that was kinda just-in-case so potential pain would not keep me awake. I did not notice any pain before really so I did not notice any relief, or goofiness. So now I have 39 left which I hopefully have no use for.

My Saturday was taken up by getting my car back (cost me 300 pounds) and then I went out in the afternoon for a programme that evening. I brought back my friend with me, who is staying at my place until he flies out to India tomorrow. He has to catch a 6am train, so he will probably get up around 4. Although I have no intention of getting up that early myself, I will definitely be woken up because the wall between my bedroom and the bathroom is quite insubstantial and does not muffle sounds at all. :(

64. The ignition coil was fried

but there were a few other non-urgent jobs that had been waiting for parts to arrive, and they did all those things at the same time. That was why it was so pricey. It seems to be fine now. Actually last week was the first time it has really failed me in three years so far. Hopefully it'll last another year or two yet before it starts becoming a maintenance nightmare. Most cars do turn into nightmares in the end, in my experience.

My friend doesn't live in India. He is going there on pilgramage. I went this time last year, but this year I want to go for a different festival, which happens in the autumn.
