Guam!!!
They desparately need writers, actors, comedians, anyone!!! I've just finished watching the second season, first episode of "Malafunkshun", which, while good on the radio, is terrible on TV! If you really want to watch, check out
http://www.kuam.com/ first listing under "exhibits" on the right. It will take you straight into the download. It is 50 minutes long. Once you get past DJ Fred getting a pedicure you will be mildly entertained by Chris "Malafunkshun" Barnett and his buds hanging out under a haunted bridge.
The first season, first episode had a much better "chelu challenge" with them eating balut (a disgusting nearly fully formed unhatched chicken in the egg boiled in salt water- you can feel the beak and feathers when you eat it!)
Please, this is the best Guam can do. Anyone with even a TINY bit of talent can become very famous there! And I've seen some pretty untalented people become the "toast" of Guam. Please, please help them!
Although, the last three minutes of the program have a touching tribute in song and film to the Guamanian soldiers who fell in Iraq- complete with film of the widow, crying friends and folding of the flag over the coffin (something you won't see on TV here).
Am I the only person here who spent time on Guam?! My family is there and they deserve better local TV!
