I found the chicken recipe in a crockpot cookbook. It's wonderful when I substitute pork for chicken.:9 It's so easy to get board with the same old meat and potatoes. I'm always open to trying something new.

18. Get some rappini, fresh garlic and italian sausage.

rinse the rappini and chop it up into bite sized pieces, mince the garlic, slice the italian sausage (I like it sweet). Heat 2 T's of olive oil in a skillet and saute' the ingredients. Delicious! And rather healthy too. Sometimes I sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it too!
