My son's 2nd birthday party was this weekend. My sister got him a set of three plastic airplanes. After he went to bed I was picking up the living room, and noticed something different about the planes. They were plastic, but they weren't flimsy like I expected.
They were very solid, in fact. I flipped one over, and saw that they had been made by American Plastic Toys out of Walled Lake, MI.
The wonders never cease, I guess. I'm going to call my sister and find out where she bought them. I'm so surprised to see anyone selling American-made products anymore.
