Rather than ask me anything, let's start a pool on when I'll hit the coveted five-digit mark.

Meantime, I'll try to think up some cheap, flimsy prize for the winner.



Edit: Okay, I thought of a prize... and it's not cheap or flimsy.

I have a boxed set of three (5) VHS tapes of Monty Python's Flying Circus I no longer need, since I have the entire set on DVD. These tapes have episodes 27-32 (two per tape), the first six of the third season. They include these sketches:

•"Mrs. Premise and Mrs. Conclusion Visit Jean-Paul Sartre" (the one that begins in the laundromat)
•The Fish-Slapping Dance
•"Salvation Fuzz" (aka Dead Bishop on the Landing)
•"Argument Clinic" (classic)
•"The All-England Summarise Proust Competition"
•"Travel Agent" (the one where Eric Idle, Mr. Smoke-Too-Much, goes on and on and on...)
•"Theory on Brontosauruses by Anne Elk (Miss)
•"Gumby Brain Specialist" ("My brain hurts!")

Whoever comes closest gets 'em.
