Any red jelly will work, but yeah...raspberry's the best. Warm it up a little bit in a saucepan and then mix a pint of fresh raspberries in with it.

You'll be able to lick all the cherries off, pour the new stuff over and no one will CARE.

(That's what I top my Christmas cheesecake with sometimes...it's YUMMY).
