United airlines automated phone system---argh!!!

i call in to confirm my reservation for Sunday and of course i get farmed over to the robot which sounds like a rel person so it's extra creepy, 'Please say your 6 digit reservation code" so i say it very slowly in to the phone, it repeats the number back incorrectly, "I'm sorry, please say it again using to identify letters, for example Victor, Charlie" i say it again slowly, wrong again, i repeat the process 5 more times and the robot finally got within 1 letter---so close!!! At this point i'm laughing now because i'm aggravated so i finally say "Help!!!!" and i get transferred where i get to "Find out about all the great travel reward when you sign for an United airlines Visa" and then i wait, 8 minutes later i get disconnected
