Okay, I Need Some Pity Today

I was diagnosed with an ear infection last Sunday in my left ear. Yesterday it spread to my other (the right one) ear. I have a high temperature and am feeling just generally lousy. I can't hear properly and my head feels like it's on fire. I hope these antibiotics work. I really feel like crap.

i had the same thing after i got out of the hospital about a month ago.

i was laid up for a week.

darvocet or any other opiate derivative can alleviate much of the pain.

Be careful about your balance. People tend to overestimate how balance and stability when they have ear infectins.

An ear infection in both ears... that must suck really, really bad :( Don't skip any antibiotics and drink lots of fluids and watch cheesy movies or something. I hope you feel better very soon.

I have an earache too. Left ear has been sore for 2 days now. I cannot find my ear drops :(

I do have an appt for a physical tomorrow, if it still hurts then I'll have the Doc look at it.

If they give you the option of either Cipro Drops or the cyclosporin, go with the Cipro. I waited and went with the weaker stuff and I ended up just like you, I got the Cipro and it knocked that son of bitch right out!

12. The Antibiotic

that I'm taking is called Clavulan. It's the first time I've ever tried it. Also Sofracort ear drops. I really hope these drugs do the trick. I'm in such misery. I can't drink for TEN whole days! That relly smarts..........
