Okay - I confess - This is a "friends" outing. I worked with these guys - nothing suggestive about this. I just happened to be the only female programmer on this team.

I am just proud. I miss them. We were a good team before we got laid off. We worked hard and know how to play as well. It's a year after layoff and time for a get together - you bet I'm excited!!!

My partner at work, who became one of my best friends, was a guy and I miss seeing him all the time. As for dates, I just had my second one since the Reagan administration. I like saying that, since it makes my friend laugh, but it isn't much of an exaggeration. Have a great time and report back with all the details so those of us that aren't so richly blessed can enjoy ourselves vicariously!:-)

These guys are my friends and ex-coworkers and there is not a real "date" involved in any of this. Well - there might be some kissin and huggin after a few drinks, but just a little bit. Nothing to write home about. ;) Gawd, we jus' all love each other, men and women alike.

Four out of the five, yes, I could - IF they were not married or otherwise taken, which they are. One is young enough to be my son so I discount him. But not so I would want to "keep" any of them. I have been single for too long and not at all interested in anything on a longer term basis. I savor my independence and solitude, and I'm not willing to give it up for a romp.
