I went to the art school there 20 years ago.
I used to get yelled at by the old/rich people who didn't like me walking on their beaches or finishing my photography projects in their neighborhoods.
However, I do miss Video Renaissance (formerly Cult Video until the Fundies threatened the owner into a name change-it seems they had a problem with the word "cult").

Tuesday afternoon, representatives of a local computer services company installed tiny cameras peering out onto Selby Five Points Park, where "Conditional Surrender" and seven other clowns line Pineapple Avenue.
