Chefs! Foodies! What's the name of the dish called
when it's chicken breasts flattened, lightly floured and sauteed, then served in a sauce of lemon, white wine, and capers?

A friend taught me to make it a while ago, I've been preparing it for all this time, and I still don't know what to call it.
