1. Katherine Heigl is hot.

beyond that not a %$^% thing. It's a show that started out good and has gone as sour as month-old, original-water tofu. I'm never tuning in again until Patrick Dempsey's character is dead. That way him and Meridith can't break-up and get back together every two weeks.

Seriously...it's nighttime drama for people who have the attention spans of 5 year olds. More medicine...less idiotic "jump the shark" romantic crap. Truly, it's just sex-pablum at this point.

15. I saw a few earlier episodes, and they were pretty good---

but it's devolved into one of those crappy crisis-every-episode shows, with the drs/interns all embroiled in these stupid relationship issues. It lost my interest when it turned into a nighttime soap -- it was always a little soapy, but not always this bad. I'm interested in people as friends and colleagues, but jeezus do I get bored when they all get drunk and sleep with people they're not "with" and then decide that keeping a secret is the way to go, my wife/husband/lover/SO will never, ever find out I slept with someone else we both see on a daily basis, yada yada yada, and you know somehow the secret will get out and ....*YAWN*

The SNL spoof when it came out was so devastating that I never even gave it a shot (and I've heard nothing to regret that decision)...
