I know he's a fascist psycho, but when I saw this pic of him in mid-twitch I couldn't help but think that there's something physical wrong with him. Like a tumor or an aneurysm or a Ceti eel wrapped around his cerebral cortex.

I've commented on this photo before. I thought it was very worrisome. If I were a doctor and Perle was sitting in my office, I'd run every test imaginable on the man.

Here's what I noticed the last time around. I thought his eyes had black circles underneath them. Even on top of the eye, which is unusual. It tells me that he doesn't get enough sleep. I speculated that he must stay up late sitting on the floor counting his money from his weapons sales to Adnan Khashoggi.

His tongue is coated. It appears that Richard does not get very good nutrition. He probably eats nothing but junk food, or maybe he drinks a lot.

His one eye seems to be half-closed. I think that could have been just accidentally closing his eye as the camera flashed.

Shall we take bets on how much longer Perle will be with us? A year? Maybe two? Looks like money doesn't buy everything, does it Richard.
