That's Ashley Force. Her dad's John Force, probably the top Funny Car driver ever. But he's fugly.

The pool of potential candidates is very small, and tiny fraction of that tiny pool that is good enough to go pro... well, it's surpising. Getting better, though.

Like the shooting sports, this is one sport where you don't need seperate men's and women's events.
