I just got back from a tattoo party!

I didn't get one myself because I just got one 2 weeks ago and the thought of going through the healing process with the cleaning and applying of the ointment 4 times a day for another 2 weeks was something I couldn't deal with. However, now every adult member of my immediate family is now inked up. Both of my aunts have multiple tats, both of my uncles, my mom and someone who I never thought would go through with it, my dad. I made a joke earlier that now that he has one, the concept of tattooing has now jumped the shark...lol. I'm going to have to do something more outrageous to stand out in my family now, maybe a forked tongue...just kidding.

But still it was a fun day and the guy who did it was an amazing artist, I have a feeling we will be having another party within the next 6 months because we were all talking about what we want next already

:) I just can't wait until my cousins get a little bit older and want a tattoo or an obnoxious piercing somewhere because after all their parents *can't* be hypocrites :evilgrin:
