taken about 9am labor day. hard to get the mist effect just right. it gives the place a mysterious quality that is hard to capture.

Lovely serene composition...

Be careful to hold the camera exactly vertical when you take a vertical shot....I've struggled with this too!

The last one might have been better if you'd taken a vertical shot...

The trees wouldn't have been cut off that way...

Or, you could have eliminated them entirely... And just concentrated on the lovely waterfall!

But you definitely have ability!

i will keep at it. and, i will post more. a lot of these are scenes i want to paint. oils are my first true love. i have some pics of my oils on this roll coming next. if they turn out decent i will post them...might be a while though. thanks for your comments :hug:
