2. Do they have Sunday trading laws?
It would make sense if they can't trade all-day on Sunday.

4. The way I read it
The sign says that it opens at 7am on Monday and closes at 11pm of Saturday - which hours would seem reasonable if there was a specific reason that they can't open on Sunday.
