Anyone Know of a Good Ethnic Discounter for Airfare to Latin America?

Thinking of flying to Peru or Chile in March. I know there are some travel agents that specialize in Latin America that have great prices. You used to be able to see their storefronts in Hispanic neighborhoods, but I have had no luck in finding one on the internet.

Does anyone know of a good source? I have tried the usual search sites but believe it's possible to do better.

the local spanish radio station can probably give you pointers too if one the agencies is an advertiser.
